NOTICE TO ALL COMPETITORS AND SECRETARIES:
1.
All entries must be in the hands of the County Secretary not later than
first post on 31st January.
2.
The competition Draw takes place on the second Wednesday in March.
3.
Competitors will be notified of the draw by their Area Competition
Secretary. Challenger should contact
their opponents immediately, with a view to playing the preliminary rounds as
soon as possible.
4.
All County Competitors each year, please note in order to ensure the
smooth running of these games it is of the utmost importance that Competitors
act in strict accordance with the County Competition By-Laws.
5.
Will Club Secretaries take every care to give the names and initials
of Competitors correctly, as
inscriptions for medals and Cups will ultimately be taken from these forms. NB At the County Finals stage there is likely to be a third place play off between third and fourth positions
6.
A Competitor must not represent or allow his name to be submitted for
more than one Club in any one year. Note: subsidised meals are unlikely to be supplied for Regional,Quarter and Semi Final games
7.
B and C Forms must be returned together.
Competition fees are not accepted
without affiliation fees.
8.
Do not send your Forms in until you
are sure all the entries from your Members have been received; entries from
individuals cannot be entertained all entries must come through the
Club Secretary.
9.
SECRETARIES COMPETITION. Read final page for the rules (provided that the Competitor remains in Office
throughout the competition, otherwise his entry will be terminated).
No fee is charged.
10.
If the competitor does not
have a telephone number, a contact number must be shown with the Competitors
address and postcode on the entry form.
It is the responsibility of all Competitors to immediately notify their
Club Secretary and their Area Competition Secretary of any change of
address. Failure to notify can result
in the Competitors entry being terminated.
11.
If insufficient space for entries
on the present pages please supply your own legible lists.
